Supporting medical educators of the future
and improving medical education within the University of Cambridge

Teaching Opportunities

We co-ordinate programmes allowing Cambridge medical students to improve their teaching. Training, experience and feedback are the pillars of our approach to developing medical educators of the future.

OUR PROGRAMMES

Improving Our Education

To prepare for exams and future practice, we need the best possible training. The Society works to ensure this by running programmes to improve the teaching we receive and to award excellence.

MedEdSoc

The Medical Education Society is the University of Cambridge's only purely education-focussed medical society. We support our fellow students in gaining teaching experience and improving their learning, while providing a voice for those interested in promoting educational excellence.

We're here to represent all students interested in medical education, whatever stage you're at, and whatever your career plans may be. Medical education is important to all of us — as students, as doctors involved in teaching, and even for some as a career choice or as an area of research.
